What are Auto Email Updates?
If you 're interested in purchasing a New Hampshire home or just thinking about buying in NH, Pelletier Realty Group's Auto Email Updates can keep you informed about new NH properties for sale as soon as they come on the market. Once you've registered and saved at least one search, you'll receive email notices from Pelletier Realty Group of when new listings matching your search criteria for your new home are added to New Hampshire MLS Listings.
How do I sign up?
To use this feature:
- Sign up for a free account on Pelletier Realty Group's web site.
- Search for listings at Pelletier Realty Group. In doing a search, you will be defining the criteria for the property you’re looking to purchase.
- On the Search Results page, click the button labeled "Save My Search & Notify Me of New Listings." When you click this button, a small window will pop up asking you to name the search. Enter any name you desire and click "OK" to continue. To see a list of the NH property searches you have saved at Pelletier Realty Group, click on the link labeled "View My Searches" at the top of the screen. (You must be logged into the Pelletier Realty Group site to view this link.) Important Note: You must complete and save at least one search at Pelletier Realty Group to receive updates.
- Sit back, relax, and check your email daily for all new New Hampshire MLS listings from Pelletier Realty Group that match your search criteria.
Please Note: If your search returns more than 100 results, you will need to make your search criteria more specific.
Can I Remove Myself From Auto Email Updates?
Yes. Log into the Pelletier Realty Group web site and go to the "View My Searches" page. Delete the search(es) for which you no longer wish to receive notices. This automatically unsubscribes you from future notifications from Pelletier Realty Group.
How accurate is the information sent to me?
New Hampshire MLS information is updated daily. The information listed is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. If you are interested in a specific listing, please contact us.
Is my information secure?
Yes, Pelletier Realty Group promises not to give or sell your name to anyone else. We also promise not to contact you unless you ask us to.
If I find a listing in my inbox that interests me, what do I do?
You can contact Pelletier Realty Group here, or click the "Schedule A Viewing Tab" and fill out the form. Pelletier Realty Group will contact you to coordinate a showing. If you don't hear from us in 24 hours, please call us at 603 529-2020 or send an email to Info@pelletiergroup.com.
