Energy star, a joint program of the EPA and the U.S. Department of Energy, helps us all save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices.
NH recently passed a $6,000 rebate for solar energy good till 2011. These projects are eligible for a rebate of $3 per watt, with a maximum rebate of $6,000 or 50% of the construction costs, whichever is less. It is anticipated that the funding for the program will be available beginning July 2009.
