WE will continually review market conditions, and consult with you prior to adjusting my marketing plan providing
progress reports.
WE will review the statement of seller’s disclosure, and present this to all potential buyers as part of our listing package. You will keep us informed of any substantial changes in the condition of the property.
WE will review all offers received on your property and present them in a timely manner, offering counseling on negotiations.
WE will monitor all aspects of any and all offers to purchase. Also personally attend to all matters relating to the sale.
WE agree to hold a minimum of two advertised Open Houses.
WE will create a Virtual Tour in a timely manner.
WE will take care in how your property is photographed and presented.
WE will send you copies of your property in MLS and submit information that we believe is accurate.
WE will place a visible yard sign and corner signs.
